Your Own Training Programme

Entering a race brings that feeling of excitement…a few nerves as well! It’s totally natural!

For some, it’s your very first race, or it’s a new distance for you? The adrenalin rush as race day looms, and then wow!!! You are amongst your fellow competitors come race day itself. You make your way to the start, heart pounding, and you are off! How will your run unfold!?

Having your own training programme makes a huge difference, and that’s why we are bringing to you, a personalised training programme covering both 10k and Half Marathon. It will explain all the training needed and will cover three levels.

  • Improver

  • More experienced
