All entry fees are non-refundable after 7 days of registering and may not be deferred towards a future event. However, you are permitted to transfer your entry to another individual via NiftyEntry.

A bag storage area will be available at Race HQ inside Wilmslow Rugby Club.

Ample toilet facilities are available at the Race HQ at Wilmslow Rugby Club, we’d suggest arriving in your race kit as there are limited changing facilities.

Both the 10K and Half Marathon have ample water stations around the course.

The finish area on Mobberley Road in Wilmslow is fantastic for viewing that special ‘crossing the line’. However, it does get busy so we’d recommend they head there with plenty of time to spare and please note, cars are not allowed.

Under UKA guidelines, the only headphones allowed are bone conduction headphones.

Yes, both distances have pacers.

Yes, the entry form allows for the purchase of a T-Shirt for the 10K.

Because of the limits on car parking and other facilities at Wilmslow RUFC, we limit the number of runners to 5,000.

If you have selected for your number to be posted out, this will happen one week before the race.
If you’ve opted to pick your number up, you’ll be able to collect from -
Running Bear shop (Alderley Edge or Nantwich) from the 7th to the 21st March.
Wilmslow Running Festival HQ (Wilmslow Rugby Club) on the 22nd March, details will be released on this soon,
On the day - please arrive EARLY as it is likely to be very busy.
Collect beforehand where possible!

Please see Street Map of Wilmslow which shows the railway station, the main town centre bus stop at Bank Square and the race start at Kings Road. Allow ten to fifteen minutes to walk to the start.

You should arrive at least one hour before the start and earlier if you can. Most of the 4,000+ runners arrive between 8.30-9.15am resulting in them getting stuck in traffic congestion. If you can arrive before 8.00am you will ‘beat the rush’ and experience little to no traffic congestion and you will be able to get one of the best parking spaces. You will arrive at the start line more relaxed and have a better chance of a good race.
