GB Medals in Beijing - can you medal at the WRF?

Great Britain have finally won a medal in Beijing. But our 10k Festival runners will get their own hard earned medal March 20th.

But two of you runners could do even better. 

The 10k record times stand at 32:54 for the men and 37:52 for the Women.

Are you tempted to try and better these? We hope they will be broken this year. There’s a prize too!
