Enhancing your 2022 WRF experience - The Festival Village

There’s only three weeks to go to to Race day!

We hope your training is going well.

We are still very busy planning and organising the Race, Festival, entertainment, refreshment, pacing, marshals, water provision and much more.  

In and earlier post you were informed that we’ve got some changes this year to enhance your experience.

Today we will look at the the Festival Village and our plans for 2022. There will be changes to last year’s Festival Village – well more like improvements and expansion

There will be two tents hosting a variety of stalls. You’ll find cakes and beer and sausage rolls and running gear and physio and hats to name some of the stalls attending!

There will be music and a Local radio Station too.

Additionally, we are looking to add a small element of our Festival Village experience to the Finish!! We are looking to have coffee and ice cream at both locations plus a few stalls.

We will publish full details of our facilities and stalls at the Festival Village nearer the Race Day to help plan your day.
