Baggage Drop facility - Sunday

We will be offering a baggage drop off for the Wilmslow Festival runners on Sunday.

Please note that though your baggage is attended, we do not provide any guarantee for valuables.

 It will be inside the Hall, There you will find luggage tags, and sharpies, to identify your bag on the Baggage Tag table. In the main hall.

As a minimum you must write your race number on the tag. Additional information such as name and Race identifier: [F], [H] or [10] would be helpful.  

Please tie the tag securely onto your bag so that it can be easily seen when stood up – the handle or side pockets are good places. This will allow us to quickly find it when you return.

Bring your labelled bag to the Baggage Storage desks. Please check before handing your bag in that you have everything you need for your race and that you have not forgot to pack something you meant to.

Please ensure your bags are of reasonable size and weight and are closed/locked; and there are no loose items or bottles that can come detached when your bags are handled.

On collection of your bag please show your race number.

The baggage drop-off desk will be open from 7:45. It will be manned until around 1:30pm when the last runners are expected to have finished. Any bags uncollected will be stored safely for pick up later. Please inform one of our race marshals in the hall.
